工作介绍
Leasing Manager Duties include:
- Exploring, meeting and signing up new properties for lease
- Advertise and attend for lease inspections
- Communicating with landlords and tenants
- Obtaining tenant application, tenant reference check and signing lease agreement
- Conducting property ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection report
To be successful in this role, we need
- Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred but not must
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese speaking and writing
- Has a professional attitude, willing to learn and has a passion for the industry
- Willing to full time 5 days a week and include Saturday
- Current Australian driver's licence and your own vehicle
